The family of a husband and wife, who tragically died as the result of a car crashing in to an Amherst restaurant, are suing the property owner and driver of the vehicle involved in the accident. I was recently in-studio for WKBW Channel 7 providing analysis on the legal challenges and potential precedents involved in this case.
