SLA’s 30 Day Municipal Notification Requirement For Renewal Applications Has Been Eliminated Outside of NY City!

Current SLA licensee’s, outside of NY City, who are filing for a license renewal and/or a license alteration are no longer required to provide 30 day advance notification to their local municipality!

The 30 day municipal notification requirement was a major headache for licensee’s and the failure to provide that notification often led to significant fines.
